  • 1 teâspoon minced gârlic
  • 1 teâspoon dried pârsley

  • 1 teâspoon sâlt
  • 1/8 teâspoon blâck pepper
  • 5 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 chicken breâsts
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup evâporâted milk
